QCTI Change Control Management is based on ITIL guideline, workflow management system. It provides formal process for documenting , approving, and implementing changes.

 The system includes following functions :

 Request for Change, Maintain Tasks, Development Status Report, QA Testing, Production Deployment, Maintain Tickets and Production Support
